CH2M Limited is a family owned company, the business is managed by 2 Directors, Walid and Paula Marzouk whose background is in healthcare, experience in the horse racing industry since 1984 and in real estate since 2005.
We have the experience in enhancing and adding value to commercial property to maximize returns in this low-risk environment, leveraging our strength with that of highly qualified and knowledgeable business partners in the property sector.
For the Thoroughbred Breeding Industry we do the same, in working with Darley Stallions and some of the best stud farms in UK and France. Where our aim is to breed high-value young bloodstock for sale by creating a unique relatively low risk and potentially high return.
